Fitbit is the worst. really the worst.
i'm combing through the community chat and everyone has the same issue as me in regards to scale not connecting to wifi and the response from fitbit is insanely insulting. especially with the lack of results and the overly saturated robotic responce from fitbit "Thanks for being in the community" ... fix the problem!
This issue has been going on since the first Aria and instead of fixing the problem, they add the same system (which does not connect to everyones wifi again) to the Aria 2.
Im not in tech... now you're telling me I have to enable 801.22b to my wifii- I don't have time for this!
The honest truth... fitbit stopped giving quality products and now focusing on making a quick buck. Go somewhere else to get you scale and watch.

These are the wifi requirements. If you can't meet them or don't have time for them, it will not work.
Networking Requirements
Aria 2 connects directly to your home’s Wi-Fi network and supports the following
network configurations:
• Wireless 802.11b/g/n, 2.4 GHz standard
• WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
• Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)
Aria 2 requires an 802.11b/g/n-compatible network to connect and sync your scale
data to your Fitbit account.
