Aria will not connect to my network

I purchased my Aria a few years ago and had no issues when I first connected it to my network. Since moving, I can not connect the device to my network.

When I attempt to use my PC to connect my Aria, I get a cannot find webpage/server cannot be found error after clicking I'm connected, no matter what browser I use.

When I use my iPhone 8, I get the interface which allows me to select my network, but after about a minute, the Aria scale displays wifi connect err and the web interface just displays scanning for your networks... with the join other network and refresh networks button, but stays there and won't do anything no matter how long I wait or what button I push. Then the Aria will display networks detected, but nothing happens.

The next time I try with my iphone, after restarting the scale, the scale will enter setup mode, but when I press I'm connected, it will load the interface, but this time the scale will display Hi 🙂 then go from sensing with a partial loading icon to step on, and it does this on loop.

The time after that, having once again restarted the scale and pushed I'm connected, now I get the Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found.

Finally the scale will go from setup mode to once pressing I'm connected, the interface loads, then the scale will display networks detected, hi, sensing, step on, then go to networks detected, sensing, step on, on loop.

If I leave the scale alone for 10 minutes before putting the batteries back in, I can get back to the scale trying to connect, then displaying wifi err per above.

Additional notes: I'm using the same PC I used to setup the Aria previously, only changes have been updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and the additional updates. While I have moved, my ISP is the same and while a different router, it's still the same model router I previously had. The PC, phone, and router all show excellent signal strength for the Aria, which is less than 5 feet away from any of these devices.

I also have the Fitbit Surge, which I have no issues connecting to with my phone or PC, but I do get the rash on the wrist, even with cleaning and taking days/weeks off between wearing. This is my last time trying with Fitbit. If I can't get the scale working, I'll just have to move on to another brand.

What version WiFi are you using. 2.5 is needed for the scale.
