Once I step to get weight, it instructs me to 'step off' then it will continue to say this until either I pull the batteries out or let them die. I have gone through so many batteries in the past few months. Its connected to the internet and syncs but does not turn off. This problems started after letting it set with no batteries while we remodeled. I have resync and "rebooted" the device per instructions on the website. How do I get it to sync then automatically shut off like its supposed to do?

I'm having the same issue as Ashley. Keeps getting stuck on the "step off" screen and batteries are being drained.

I’m having the same problem with my scales which are 2 years old. They are constantly lighting up when no one is around them so the batteries are lasting about a week or so. When I do step on them it tells me to step off even when I’ve got off and then I have to slightly lift them for them to give me my weight!
