I like many others tried updating my WiFi information and now my Aria will not work. According the app, I have successfully updated my WiFi but when I try to use the Aria, it still lists the old WiFi network. I have taken batteries out and tried to reset it. In fact, it says it goes into setup mode but that’s it. Then the ERR message pops up when I weigh myself. What else can I do?

@ALW26 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not connecting to your network. Please let me know what is the make and model of your router. Also, make sure that your router runs the protocol 802.11b and bandwidth 2.4GHz. These settings can be verified with your Internet service provider. Finally, make sure that your WiFi password is less than 32 characters and doesn't contain any special character.
