I upgraded my wifi to a mesh network modem via my service provider. It still carries both the 5G and 2.4G band steering technology, but when I go through the steps to connect my Aria scale my SSID won't show up in the list of available networks. It suggests I use a secure network WHICH MINE IS!! I've been at this for 5 hours and on the phone with my service provider. Tried splitting the network so I could visibly see the 2.4 and 5G networks, but that still didn't work. So basically my scale is now useless to me in terms of connecting to the internet and my app. I will just be using it is a normal scale to view my weight and that's it. Very disappointed.
