I have an ARIA. I have recently had a syncing problem. Each Technical Support person told me I had an Aria 2. The answer I received was that my provider, COMCAST, had made a change. I changed my modem per the Technical Support persons suggestion. After multiple calls and much frustration, I am now told I do have an ARIA and it is not compatible with multiple frequency modems. There is no fix for this problem, the unit is now obsolete. If your scale has 4 batteries it is an Aria per FITBIT. Maybe this will save some people a lot of time and frustration.

Cant they just update the firmware ?
