Hi there,
I have just noticed that my scales weren't connected to my Wi-Fi so I have tried to reset them and it keeps telling me there is no Wi-Fi available when there is?
I have followed the setup process over and over
I have pulled the batteries
I have deleted and tried to reinstall
What next, please?
Is it a fault in the scale?

@Magoomiss @Lenasweet I had the same experience yesterday with my scale. Like you, I did the setup process -- I had my scale right next to the router and the app could not list my network. I turned my modem and router off > restart modem > restart router. I could complete the setup. I did it yesterday and it is still connected today.
