I have one of the older Aria's (not Aria Air or Aria 2) and am unable to connect it to my new network. I have followed the instructions from both my iPhone and computer. I connect the network to Aria, but am unable to reconnect to my wifi network through the Fitbit ap. I'm wondering if there was an update to the Aria I failed to install before switching networks?

Networking Requirements
The Fitbit Aria connects directly to your home’s wireless network and supports the
following network configurations:
Wireless 802.11b standard
WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)
Aria requires an 802.11b-compatible network to connect and sync your scale data to
your Fitbit dashboard.
If your new network does not support this you will not be able to use the scale. There is no firmware update to correct this and new network protocols were unknown at the time of manufacture.

Thanks for this information. Our new router is an ecco mesh pro, so I assume it meets those requirements. I also just installed a new version of Norton and I wonder if that could be causing the problem.
I finally solved the problem! My Aria was not recognizing the new network so I was not given the option to select a new network and input the password - it was trying to connect to my old network which no longer exists. A message finally came up on the Aria - "tap to forget this network" - and after I did that, I was able to connect.
