I double checked and it’s an Aria but I still have the same problem, after taking out the batteries, I don’t get to the set up, it’s still connected to our home wifi.
I’ve had this scale for more than a year as part of the B-Well study, at first it worked fine, then the wi-fi part stopped working but at least the scale worked. Now the scale doesn’t work, I get an error message and the reset doesn’t work, the scale doesn’t connect to the internet. The factory reset isn’t possible as there is no button above the battery slots.
Very frustrated.

@Calvinlove Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the setup issues that you are experiencing with your Aria scale. I would like to know a few details that will help me to determine the cause of the issue:
- Do you get any error message during the setup process?
- Have you made changes to your network (router, router settings or WiFi password)?
- What is the make and model of your router?
As a side note, I moved your posts to the Aria 1 board since you mentioned that you have the 1st Aria generation in order to keep the Community organized.
