I have scoured through these forums for the past 3 months and tried everything solution in here to reconnect my Aria 1 to my wifi network after changing my password and nothing has worked. I’ve pulled the batteries out, I’ve pressed the button, I’ve waited until the setup mode screen comes on, I’ve tried everything.
There has to be an official fix from Fitbit on this. What am I missing?

@Jd1234 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not connecting to our Fitbit Community even though you have verified your password and tried the restart process.
Please let me know if your Aria scale is displaying any error message during the setup process. Also, let me know what is the make and model of your router. This information will help me to determine the cause of the issue.
As a side note, make sure that your router runs the protocol 802.11b, the bandwidth is 2.4GHz and the WiFi password is alphanumerical only.
