Aria was working fine, then we installed new WI-FI and it now doesn’t work. We have followed the guidance, taking out one battery, waiting 10 secs, pressing the button, searching for the WI-FI… but it doesn’t find it. Any ideas?

Ps: I have seen some advice to delete the app and disconnect the Aria 2, and reset but, I don’t want to loose the unsynced data. I would loose 3 months data.

I just had the same issue…go near the router and pull the battery out for 10 and replace. Open the Fitbit app and hit add new device and run through that to choose the aria again.
the screen on the display of the scale should say setup active or something similar. Then go into your wifi settings in your phone and select the scale, it will have its own.
then in your setup online say connected to scale and it will prompt you to enter the new wifi
