I need to change the wifi network on my Aria scales but it just keeps automatically trying to connect to the wifi we no longer have. I am going round in circles unable to connect following all of the set up instructions but it just won't do it. I have removed the scales completely from my account and now I can't set them up at as a new device.

I'd just like to know a few details that will help me to determine the cause of the issue: What is the make and model of your new router? Is it running the protocol 802.11b, bandwidth 2.4GHz and the WiFi password is alphanumerical.
In the meantime, please make sure that you are following the steps that are listed in this help article, which are the steps to reconnect your Aria is changes were made to your network.
