Aria won't connect to new WiFi network

I have moved and need to connect the Aria Scale to my new network.  I follow the instructions but when it tells me to connect to the Aria network, the fitbit screen tells me I can't connect the scale to a unsecured network and will not let me proceed with the set up.  I have done this a few times the last few years and have never ran into this problem.
