We are on Comcast and cannot get the scale to sync to the new wi-fi. We just changed out our Comcast modem and put in an Eero system, and tried resetting the scale. We removed the battery for 10 seconds and replaced. We should have gotten a "Setup Active" message on the display. Instead, we are seeing a "fitbit.com/setup" message that won't go away. We have replaced the batteries completely and still getting the same message. Help?
