Well, it looks like the Aria does not like to change modems.  Now it is useless.  Fitbit moderators answers are; So Sorry.    Not acceptable.  Do not purchase an Aria or upgrade to other Aria products.  FitBit must be forced to be reliable to fix their own issues or refund their customers.

As for the Aria scale, this model was discontinued several years ago.
