Aria won't connect with new router

I have a new router with a new password.  I power up my scale and it shows Setup Active, but when I try to connect it to the network it keeps searching, then I get a try again message.  Any ideas?

Are you using any special characters in your wifi password? The scale will only allow alpha/numeric passwords.
