Aria won’t let me add other users

Can anyone help please my wife is unable to sync her app with aria scales every time I send invite via app she receives invite then clicks on it and a msg comes up saying about this as taken another trail we’ve tried via app and desktop and no avail also tried removing scales from app and reinstalling and still no and removing app and reinstalling and still no can anyone help please

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Aria scale. 

 

If possible, could you please share a screenshot showing the message that you mentioned earlier? 

 

In the meantime, make sure that you've followed the steps listed here to add your wife to the Fitbit scale, or let me know if you're not trying to add her to your scale, but she is trying to set up the scale on her account instead.

Accept the invite through a computer not from your phone i had the same problem, good luck

Confirmed, I had the same problem and after talking to support they suggest the same thing, and accepting the invite through a computer instead of the phone worked. I was somewhat doubtfully as the person trying to accept uses an iphone and a Mac so I thought it would be the same issue but the Mac worked to accept the invite
