Aria won't measure my data

Hello

 

I have just brought new Aria Scales. They work fine, they have been added to my products on the app but when I stand on the scale with the app open it does not pick up my data. 

 

From my app it's telling me to stand on the scale. When I look at the scales recent activity its just blank. 

 

I still have to manually enter what the scales say. 

 

I have tried resetting and still no luck. Can anyone help?
