Aria won't recognize a second user

I am the primary user at my Aria account and it recognise me very well .

I have sent invite to my wife ( she has a seperate fitbit account ) She accepted the invitation and I can see her in my list but when she weighs at Aria it shows GUEST.

 

Note : I have done the battery removal 15 sec and 5/10 time continuous weigh ins. 

Tried desktop version "Invite more people" option .

Removed her and added her again 

No luck
