Aria won‘t show fat rate

Hi，
I bought the scale (not Aria Air) in 2017. 

From this year, it became not showing fat rate. Also it couldnt recognise the weight is mine. every time I need to go to app and manually choose the weight is mine. Any suggestion? Thanks

I have the Aria Air with the same thing out of the box! Not sure if it's a setting or glitch?
