My Aria stopped syncing with the app on 9/11/19. I’m on iOS 13. After it displays weight and BMI, the check mark no longer appears. Just a little error icon.

What does the error icon look like. 

Your scale syncs through WiFi with your Fitbit account in the cloud. It does not sync with the phone.

After I weigh in, it will display weight, BMI and my initials. But then there is a little x above the WiFi icon instead of the check that used to appear indicating it synced.

It shows it is connected to my WiFi. Still, I’ve tried to reset the WiFi connection but it still won’t sync.
