We recently moved and now have a 5G router. The Aria does not see it. It was synced to our old 2G with no issues. Is it not capable of seeing 5G? Thanks!
Sorry, 5G is not supported. Most routers have both frequencies available because 5G does not penetrate floors and walls as well and as far. Have you read the router instructions so too if it supports both?
There is 2.4G on the router and it still doesn’t even see it. It sees all of the neighbors networks though! 😂 I guess I would have to dummy down my router or buy a new scale. I’m paying big bucks for an ultra high speed network. Dummying it down for my scale doesn’t seem worth it. Thanks for the reply!
