Aria won't turn on

My Aria is totally dead. Tires changing the batteries etc and the reset.

Really disappointed as all I got from customer support was “It’s just out of warranty so nothing we can do. Please consider Fitbit products in the future” with no assistance as what to do next.  At the most expensive pair of scales I’ve ever bought, with just over a year life, I certainly won’t consider any more Fitbit products.

Anyone have any ideas whether these can be fixed, or suggestions of things to try? It just won’t turn in. Thanks in advance.

Piano_Dan, I have the same problem with my Aria.  The batteries ran out of juice after many months of use.  When I replaced the batteries, nothing.  It’s been dead every since.  Very disappointing.  Hoping someone, or FitBit sees this and can offer us a solution.

Ours not completely dead, but won't do body fat or register a weight to a user automatically me now the weight shown in the app is not the weight I saw on the scale.
