Aria wont show bodyfat %

ok i have now tried everything but can't get my aria weight to show fat%.
I removed it from my profile and reinstalled it after resetting it to factory settings.
It runs on V 37.

Please help

Are you sure you don't have the new Aria Air?  It does not measure body fat %.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

yes i'm sure. it has measured bodyfat before but then it just disappeared
