I received the Aria2 and wanted to add to my existing account. When I go to the fit bit app to set up the Aria the app doesn't let me keep my charge 3. I must replace my device and then I am able to add the Aria. I added the Aria this way and attempted to add back my charge 3 but again the app would only allow me to replace. Please help and let me know how to have both devices added. Thanks.

Hi, @NagMatic, this appears to be a bug with the Charge 3 and Aria working together. Some people have reported that adding the Charge 3 back after the Aria 2 is added works. However, you mention that you have tried this and it didn't work. In that case I would suggest reporting this issue to Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com and see what they say. You are not the only one having this issue!

@NagMatic It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community and I apologize for the late response! I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you've experienced when trying to add your Aria 2 to your Dashboard. I would like to follow up on this issue and would like to now if the issue persists or if your Fitbit devices are connected properly.
