Many people have same problem. Seems like they also stop people replying on this topic?
Seems impossible to get a resolution, so I'm thinking of ditching all my Fitbit devices to spend a little more and transfer to Apple

I have the same problem. I have to change the WiFi but the AriaXXX is not detectable at all. The setup page is not helpful and I couldn't find any info about it.
if I try to use the app, the error is this one. Google supports disappeared after my question.

I have been a Fitbit user since 2014, but will delete my account and use something else as far away from a google product as possible they take over something then remove all support from it and just let it die

Same here. AriaXXXX was not detectable. Can't find any helpful information to solve this problem.
