Aria 2 stopped recognising wi-fi so I reset the scale up and now it’s linked again. However my BF% is now reading 10 points higher. I’ve been tracking it daily for 3 months with a steady decline now bang! It’s up by 10 points. I’ve done the battery out reset and the weigh yourself 5x check and it isn’t resolved?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @BillTomlin. 

 

Thank you for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your Aria 2 scale and that you already tried some troubleshooting steps. 

 

Before considering other options, please let met know if  if your scale is placed on a hard surface and if you're stepping on it barefoot. In addition, please try repeating the restart procedure and leave the batteries out of the scale for at least 15 seconds. 

 

After the restart, please weigh yourself 5 consecutive times again to re-calibrate the scale.
