I just got a new Aria 2 scale today. It sets up fine, syncs to my Fitbit app, connects to wifi fine. However as soon as it shuts off, it will not turn back on when you step on the scale. I have removed and reinstalled it, changed the battery, nothing works. Any ideas? Pretty disappointed my brand new scale is not working!

Hi @DawnH12345, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 won't turn on even though you have removed and changed the batteries. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please remove the batteries, clean the contacts of the scale with a cotton swab. After this, put the batteries back in and see if it turns on properly.
