We are all aware of the issue with Aria Air bluetooth pairing. Now, to frustrate us in our search for answers and potentially block those AriaAir owners that are just now experiencing this issue, FitBit/Google have broken the link for Aria Air support in the new version of the iOS app.
When I go to my profile (top right corner button) and then select Help and Support:
... then choose Aria Air from the list, a browser will open and ask me to sign in.
After signing in, I got this:

Of course, this breaks the UX for anyone trying to access this forum through the app. I wonder if they are seeing a drop in traffic.
