Bug: App requires a force-restart for Aria Air to receive updates.

Hello,

So, my Aria Air can receive weigh-ins perfectly fine the first time I use it. But then with each subsequent weigh-in it stops working. I've found that if I go into settings and hit force-stop on the FitBit app, restart it, and weigh in, it will all of a sudden work again. This suggests it's not a Bluetooth connection issue, but a software bug.

So I'd like to check, is this a known issue? Is it being looked at? Is there anything I can do to help diagnose it, or provide repro steps?

I just want to step on the scale and have it all handled for me, that's why I bought it. Not only does it not do this, it make it harder. It takes longer with this bug than it does to just enter my weight manually, so it's something I really want fixed ❤.

Ps. Phone, app, and scale all have the latest updates.

That sounds like an app bug. I get it a lot with certain apps.

My wife and I are experiencing a similar issue. Yesterday, she weighed in on her phone fine. Today, I weighed in on my phone just fine too, but then when she tried to weigh in on her phone later in the day, the weight would not sync to her phone. This sounds just like an issue that has been recently marked as "RESOLVED" on this board, but I could not leave a reply in that thread. The issue is not resolved for us. Will try the force-stop on the Fitbit app, but that is obviously not a permanent solution. Hoping for an update to the Fitbit app soon to fix this issue. Last update on the Google Play Store is listed as "Oct 15, 2022".

It is very frustrating. Sometimes when killing the app and reopening it again didn't help, then the last resort is to remove and reinstall the scale's battery. C'mon Fitbit you can fix this!

FYI, I am using the Fitbit app on my Android 13 phone, and the app is up to date as of today. Additionally, my scale's firmware is also up to date per ""Aria Air Update" app.
