Hi,
I've just moved to a new apartment and don't plan to get wifi as my phone has heaps of data and can be set up as a hot spot. I use my aria scans every couple of days and want the results to sync to my account. Can this be done without wifi, when just using a phone hotspot?
(Note I do have two different phones on two different networks in case that might help.)

Hi there!
Yes, that is possible. I've done this for quite some time in the past. The trick is to do the first link, but if you have two phones, it should be easy! You just need to temporarily enable a hotspot on the 2nd phone with the SSID and password that you normally use on your 1st phone. E.g. "MyIphone" pwd "12345678".
Then you connect your 1st phone to that hotspot, and your run the setup process of the scale (https://fitbit.com/setup/aria). After sync'ing your scale to your hotspot on your 2nd phone, you can change the hotspot settings to something else, and enable the hotspot on your 1st phone when you use the scale, so it can connect to the internet.
