Can't add family members to my Aria 2

The only way I can set up a user on my Aria 2 is to hit the power button inside the battery compartment, which erases all other users.  If I power the scale on by stepping on it, the App doesn’t acknowledge that it’s on.  There is no chance I can get my family of 5 synced onto the 1 scale.

The Aria doesn't have a power button @TLThompson that is the button to put the scale in setup mode. 

Your saying that taping or stepping on the scale doesn't turn the display on.

no, what I am saying is that whenever I hit that button to set up a new family member, it clears existing family members back to GUEST status.  I can only have 1 family member with an account/icon.  Everyone else defaults back to GUEST.

That button is used for setting up the scale to the initial account. 

You then, through the Fitbit app add another Fitbit users to the scale. 

By holding in the button your are setting up the scale as if it was new to you.
