I’ve sent an invitation to my husband to connect to my Aria scales.
when he clicks on the email and selects accept he has to sign into his account then it takes home to a blank page and no other option to accept he has to sign into his account then it takes home to a blank page and no other option to accept the invitation
disappointing that only 1 of us can connect to the Aria

My husband sent me an invitation 3 times and it hasn't come through. I cannot see the new scale, only our old Aria.

@choleeds @Rnmelani7 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up and help you to add people to the Aria 2 or join to an Aria 2. Please try sending and accepting an invitation through a computer using the web-based Dashboard, not through the Fitbit app.

Hi @choleeds and @Rnmelani7, just adding on to what @JuanJoFitbit mentioned, you might want to check the Spam folder if you don't see the invites in your inboxes. Sometimes the computer systems seem to filter out Fitbit emails thinking they're spam.
