Can't add second person to Aria 2

I have tried to add my wife to the aria 2 from the app and the dashboard and the email isn't being sent.  I've checked junk mail and inbox and the email isn't being sent.

@navy_518 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced when trying to add your wife as a user.

 

I noticed that you mentioned that you sent the invitation through the Dashboard. In order to avoid any misunderstanding on my end, please let me know if this was done through a computer.

 

In the meantime, please make sure that you are following the steps that are listed in this help article. Please follow the "Fitbit.com Dashboard" instructions.

I am also having the same problem adding my husband from my Android phone. Emails not sending.

@doodie64 Welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the difficulties you've experienced with your Aria 2 when trying to add your husband, please try sending the invitation through your web-based Dashboard, using a computer. Please follow the steps listed in this help article.
