Can't add wife to Aria 2 scale

We have gone through the support forums here and honestly it makes me feel a bit like I'm being gaslit. When we follow the exact instructions on the app (during the initial setup/pairing of the Aria 2, or afterward) to add a user, when we should be seeing an 'invite more users' screen where you add the person's e-mail, the app instead -- hilariously, frustratingly -- just closes.

There also doesn't appear to be any way to perform your Aria 2 'invite more people' via the FitBit website. Are we out of luck? Is Google/FitBit just done supporting this product?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Please resolve this issue. Just purchased an Aria air and it will not let 2 people connect. The $29 kmart scales id purchased have more features and work perfectly everytime with upto 10 users and auto detects users by weight they are amazing. The Fitbit scales are terrible. An hour of **ahem**ing atound to still not have figured them out. Extremely pissed off

Same problem here! I have lived chatted, sent emails e.t.c and problem are not solved! Our scale worked in the beginning when you added more user manually on the scale, but seems like something happened with some kind of central update, since now it is not possible to do directly on the scale any longer. And email/friend invite does NOT work.

Same issue. Link ends up going nowhere. Cannot add second user. Email is sent to second user, I can add the email address for second user on the app but then when emailed the link goes nowhere.

Please we are so many struggle with this issue. We have followed all steps and you keep asking questions instead of solving the problem!

I have the same problem. Our scale has worked perfectly with 3 users - and all of a sudden nothing works as before. You can only set up one user now - and if you want to invite more, an email will be sent to them with a link that doesn't work.
