Hi,
Am having troubles connecting to my Aria 2.
I bought it just this week and set it up through my husbands phone - works fine for him and weight syncs up great.
However, I can't get invited to it.
There's no notification, no email...nothing.
I am sitting in the list as a pending invite, but just don't know where to go to actually connect to it.
Can't seem to edit my original post.
Wanted to add that I have:
- added fitbit to my email contacts (still receiving all their other emails fine though)
- checked my spam/junk folder
- sent invite via email address only as well as the invite button from the friends list
- used the desktop version of fitbit to send the invite as well as from the phone app.
Desktop version was however used from our phones and tablet as we do not have a computer in the house. Nor do I know anyone close to me with a computer and am not comfortable asking acquaintances to use their computer for Fitbit purposes.
At this point, the scale is doing the same thing for me as my previous $19 scale from Kmart.
Not sure what happened, but today I just clicked the invite every couple of minutes while watching a movie and eventually an email popped up in my inbox.
How do I mark this as resolved?
