Can't get Aria Air to set up

I tried to set it up in the app but it would never sync to my phone, so i tried to go through the process of trying to link again now the device has disappeared from my listed devices and when going through the set up, on the odd occasion that my phone can find the device it says that i need to be invited by the owners, but because the device is now showing on my list I cannot send my self an invite?

 

I've tried restating both the scales and my phone and Bluetooth but nothing is working?

Not sure why#fitbit still selling these **ahem** scales as they have never worked since 2019.

I just brought an Air version of the scale thinking that all the ssyncingproblems have been fixed.

No same issue as you. No support for these rip off merchants
