Hi
my wife has recently got the aria 2 and has set it up on her device .....
she has sent me the link to also connect.....
I have tried this link numerous times ..... nothing .
in have logged out , deleted app, re installed app...... still nothing .....
very frustrating ..... any help out there please ....

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to join your wife's Aria 2. Please try accepting the invitations through a computer, not through the app. If you don't find the invitation email, look in the "Spam" or "Trash" folders of your email account and accept the invitation from there.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

sorry for the delay in responding , I tried again 2 days later and it worked straight away.
Don’t know why it suddenly worked, but it did.
