Hi,
Noticed my scales hadn't synced data to my account for nearly a week, despite the scales showing the sync symbol after I weighed myself on 2 occasions.
Followed the instructions to reconnect my wifi, but now I'm trapped on the "Connecting..." page with the picture of the phone and the scales.
Absolutely nothing I do can persuade my scales and phone to talk to each other.
I have told my phone to "forget" the scales' network, and then tried to reconnect, wondering if it was using some sort of dodgy cache.
I have used my phone to try it, and my laptop.
I have waited several hours between tries.
I have tried again and again and again, countless times... it just doesn't want to connect/sync.
