Hi I have installed new batteries and I can’t remove the weighing as guest I’ve done everything any ideas.

@Kreigeriko, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's recognizing you as "Guest" even though you have installed new batteries.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information from my end, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.

 

Have you tried removing the "guest" readings from your web-based Dashboard?
