My new Aria2 scales only connected to my app on my iPhone for a couple of weeks and then the connection dropped.
I am trying to reconnect it and I have tried changing the batteries, switching blue tooth on and off but nothing works.
I now want to remove it as a device and can’t seem to do that.
Any help gratefully received!!

Hello @MadelineR
To remove your Aria Scale open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and yup tap your Aria Scale. Look here and you should see in bold red letters Remove Scale.
😃 I hope that provided you with an answer. Please let me know if indeed helped

Hello @MadelineR You say that you want to remove your scale, but I don't think that you did the right troubleshooting steps. The Aria 2 doesn't sync to your phone, it syncs to your account via wi-fi. This Help article has a list of error messages and troubleshooting steps. Please review this before giving up on your scale.

Same thing happened to me. After several attempts at re establishing connection and it working for a few times, then connection dropped again, I decided to return the **ahem** thing. No reason to fight with the device that has failed technology. Going to give renpho a try instead since it works with fitbit as well. and has lots of better reviews. cheaper too! should have gone with renpho but thought id give fitbit a try. so i had to fork out return shipping fee, but i refuse to get upset over something that is poorly designed and inconsistent results.
