Can't set up Aria to a new network

I keep getting the message match the requested format? Im typing in the correct name and my initials?

what am I doing wrong.

What data field are you trying to enter?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I figured it out... I used to put first and last  initials and it seem it now requires all 3  initials.
