Just purchased the Aria Air after our original Aria stopped syncing in the fall. But now we can’t add a second user despite sending the invitation to the scale repeatedly. The invitation comes through email and then goes to the security agreement—but then it opens the second user’s account on the Fitbit website rather than opening the app. The scale is not added. The whole process goes nowhere. Has anyone solved this?
