Searching the topic board here, it seems like others have had this problem but I cannot seem to fix the problem. I even took the batteries out overnight, installed 4 new ones and still having issues.
I went to this website to set it up https://www.fitbit.com/scale/setup/start
Followed the directions but it won't connect to the scale Wifi. It keeps popping up as AriaC9E2C0 but it keeps saying "internet not available". It just wont connect. What am I doing wrong?
All good now. I don't know what I did but it's working now.
