Cannot see friends weight on my app or account

I used to be able to see my husband and sons weigh ins on both the app and our accounts.  Now, each one of us can only see our own.  It shows "hidden" in the weigh in.  Did something change with maybe the ios updates?  Any resolution?  Our privacy settings are all set to "friends".  We did change our internet provider and had to reconnect the scale when we did so.  Do you think that could be the problem?

I have a similar problem.

I set up the people who can use the scale as "friends" since I want to monitor their weights in case of any dramatic weight changes and made sure that their weight is shown to "friends". Unfortunately, it shows up as "hidden" on my computer running ChromeOS as well as Windows (and different browsers).

I verified that they didn't change the setting to something other than "friends" and they haven't.

N o more fun with my Aria since that issue. we have it before and it's very long to fix!!!!!

you say that since a month and before you have it so it's not verry hard to put it back!! we all know since your update you say it's new way to work with aria ... nobody see the weight of each other!!!... we saw the weight of our friends... for me it's my husband and me it's our motivation each morning!!!!!!  in a week if it's not fixed i put my aria in the garbage and our watchs 2X Blaze and gonna by an other compagny for honesty !!!!!!!!!!

@JuanJoFitbit, I got the option to share my data with the people I have invited to share the Aria scale. But yet to see it it shows. Forgot about it yesterday. I however have another interesting issues but chatted to the support team and no help. Its actually funny,

in short. I registered my cat to use my scale. so that it says Ore when she weighs in. But I forgot her email and she does not want to tell me. Support say due to privacy they cannot devulge the information of another user. (*_*) So I will prob need to create a new account for her to set her share details on.

I wonder how you would get this to work. In order to initiate the weigh-in, a pressure must be applied on the Aria that is far greater than that obtained if a cat stepped on it. Or the cat would need to be really fat.

As I see it, the only way to use the Aria to weigh a cat would be to step on it holding her, step again without her and calculate the difference.

@Dominique, The cat weight about 4.5 and at a time when we were away she started stress eating and was 5.7kg. So the Aria picked up just after 4. 

This is really not to check if the scale is accurate. This was an interesting approach to see how many times the cat climbs onto the scale. Even when we aren't home she does it every morning. So indirect also a way to see that she is home. It even measures the Body index of 5% the one time.

Have your engineers resolved thiis issue yet?

We are experiencing the same problem, in that my husband and any guests using the Aria are all showing as "hidden" with no weight or % readings showing on our Mac when we log into the website

My weigh-ins are showing ok.

I have never received a response to my enquiry and so, problem has not been fixed. Think this forum is a complete waste of time

use the above link to get to your Aria’s settings page. Here you can see privacy settings for your account. Click the people tab and you can decide whether to have your weight hidden or shown on others apps. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!
