I have tried all of the suggested fixes, but did not see what my phone tells me when I attempt to sync with Bluetooth. In the Bluetooth option on my android phone, the Aria Air shows up as an available device. When I attempt to sync to the scale the message "pairing rejected by Aria Air" appears. Is there a fix for this particular situation?
