Hi everybody,

 

I moved from Austria to UK about 6 months ago and wanted to start with my Fitbit equipment from Austria again. Unfortunately I can't connect my Aria to my BT-Hub. It was already tricky to get it connected in Austria. I tried Step-by-Step as shown in the video several times and checked the settings of the BT-Hub as mentioned but no success. Every time I try to connect Aria my WIFI disconnect itself.

 

I'm not really technical so I need help please! Thanks.

@GabrieleC Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the setup issues you've experienced with your Aria scale. I would like to know if you are getting any error message when trying to set up your scale. In the meantime, please make sure that your new BT-Hub has the settings that are listed in this help article. You can verify the router settings with your Internet service provider.
