Changed password. Scale won’t reconnect

I have tried for days and hours to reconnect my Arias scale to my network.  My network had to be rebuilt and my password changed.  Entire house had to be reconnected... this scale WILL NOT reconnect.  I don’t know if it’s the software or if it another issue.  But ABSOLUTELY will not connect.  I follow the instructions, get to “connecting” and 10 minutes later it’s still connecting... that shouldn’t be happening... I’ve come to the conclusion it’s a software issue... when hours turn into weeks then months... it’s not operator error... it’s software incompatible

@Taos4762, in your network "rebuild" was the 802.11b/g/n 2.4GH protocol enabled?  This required for the Aria scale to connect to the WiFi network.
