Dear Fitbit, I upgraded my modem to a Spectrum supplied 400mhz and was unable to get my scale on wifi. I then upgraded again to the NetGear CM1000. The performance of my new modem is outstanding for every device in the house but I still cannot get my Aria scale on WIFI. With so many people complaining about this same thing, there must be a document with the solution. Can anyone help??

Does your new network have any unusual characters either in the name or password?

I also have a similar problem with my Aria scale. I need to change my wifi access device. How can I accomplish this? Where do I find my Aria setting that can be edited & re-synced.
