Confirming the user on Aria 2

Just a quick suggestion regarding the Aria 2 setup.  I got hung up at the (almost) last step because it wasn't obvious how to confirm which user I was after I weighed.  The icon that I selected during setup was visible in the viewport (the circle that shows messages on the Aria 2).  In addition to the icon was an "X" on the left side and a check mark on the right.  I knew that I needed to "select" the check mark but it wasn't obvious how to do that.  The answer is to click on the right side of the scale not the viewport!  The viewport doesn't respond to touch at all.  So, I think the setup instructions could make that just a bit clearer.

@JayNSmith That was my only real problem setting up too. It would be nice if it was clear in the instructions!

You need to press the upper right square of your Aria in order to confirm the user. The screen is not touchable. Your feedback will be forwarded to our team since this helps us to keep improving our products and services.

Well, over a year after that exchange, no change in user info from Fitbit, and we had the exact same problem.  Cheers to the customer who shared the solution , and boos to the Fitbit service person who "passed the info along" without following up, and boos

to the rest of Fitbit service for completely ignoring the good (and voluntary) feedback.  Does Fitbit ever pay attention?

I came out here today to find out how to confirm the user since my aria 2 arrived yesterday and I couldn't find the answer anywhere in the instructions!  Thanks for asking the question AND for posting the answer!

Thanks. I have "fallen off the wagon" in terms of exercise and this is a
good reminder to get back on track.
